Under The Sea

We've had so much going on in our classroom lately! We wanted to share some pictures with you from the last couple of weeks.
To wrap up our tree study we made 2 types of bird feeders to hang in our trees at home.  It was fun bringing in our favorite fruits from trees to make a yummy fruit salad at school!
Then, it was on to our Oceans unit.  We have had fun playing with Kylie's sting ray family in our book center!  We have shared some shells from home and have been learning about different sea creatures.  Come along to see all the fun!!

Blowing bubbles at recess and enjoying this beautiful weather!

Some pretty pink princesses!

Playing a dice rolling game

Making our cheerio bird feeder

YUM! Our fruit salad was great!!

Making our bird seed cookies!

We've had fun playing with babies in our home center!

Meet "Daddy Stingray!"

He makes a great pillow at the reading center!

Ocean creatures and shells in our sensory table!

"Can you hear the ocean??"

The teachers enjoyed a fun painting party night for Teacher's Appreciation Week!  Thank you for all you've done!!

We made blue "ocean" play dough and have had such a fun time making some under water scenes!

We even saw some baby chicks soon after they hatched in a Pre K 4 classroom!

WOW!  We're a busy bunch in Pre K 3!!! :)
